Our Research and Development 
 
Niche-Tech is a semiconductor and microelectronics material engineering technology research and development center recognized by the Guangdong provincial government in the PRC and the electronic packaging material engineering technology research and development center in Shantou municipal city. Our research and development team consisted of members with master’s and PHD degrees and abundant experience in the semiconductor packaging materials industry.

In 2016,we were recognised as one of the “national intellectual property outstanding enterprises”     (國家知識產權優勢企業) by the State Intellectual Property Office in the PRC.
